MLS Input Data Forms
There are several ways to fill out your data forms in preparation for your client`s approval and signature.
1. With computer access.
a. IDEAL: Home page OR Listing maintenance> click add listing> fill in as much as you can> click partial save. This puts your name at the top of the form. You are almost ready to finish entering your listing.
b. Listing maintenance> Click Input sheet - this will download a fillable form. This puts your name at the top of the form.
c. Home> standard forms - button on right of screen> click htm version of data form. This is a fillable form. This will not put your name at the top of the form.
2. When you need a hard copy form.
a. Home> standard forms - button on right of screen> click pdf version of data form. This is not a fillable form. This will not put your name at the top of the form
