Service Committee
This committee is comprised of 9 members, 3 from each shareholder association. Approved at the WARDEX board of directors meeting 11/19/2008:
The service committee meetings were approved to go informal rather than following Roberts Rules of Order as the meetings are held via conference call.
This committee listens to items brought to them by the individual associations’ user groups and decides what item are to be submitted to the WARDEX board of directors for approval and then implementation by the WARDEX staff. See Rules & Regulations Policy 5: Service committee (rev. 11/19/08).

Compliance Review Committee
Approved at the Board of Directors meeting September 17, 2008:
A Compliance Review Committee will be formed to review IDX and Rules issues and direct the WARDEX staff whether to fine the user. Committee will have 5 members and 1 BOD member. BOD members are to email WARDEX names of prospective members.
This committee will review a prospective IDX and/or Rules & Regulations violation which was submitted to WARDEX as a formal complaint. The WARDEX Rules & Regulations Violation form must be completed with evidence attached. The committee will decide amongst themselves whether there is enough evidence to direct the WARDEX staff to impose a fine. A majority vote rules. That is the end of the duties of this committee on that violation.
If a fine is recommended the WARDEX staff will follow the policies and procedures as set forth by the WARDEX board of directors.
