Nancy Ryan, MLS Director

Background: Born in Rochester, NY moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1979 and worked as a Controller then office manager for a Beverly Hills architechtural firm. In 1982 she was asked to assist a 3 month old Beverly Hills law firm in setting up administration and accounting systems and from there made a career of reorganizing successful Beverly Hills and Los Angeles law firms. In 1990 moved to Bullhead City and shortly after started Around the River Real Estate magazine, still today the premier real estate magazine in the tri-state area. She received her real estate licences in Arizona and Nevada in 1996 and her Arizona Broker's license in 2006. Her primary residence is in Bullhead City and she is a real estate investor with several investment properties. She has one son, a professional graphic designer and two grandchildren.

Terry Januszewski, MLS Coordinator

Background: Born in Chicago, IL, worked in the mortgage industry and moved to Lake Havasu City 6 days before 911. She worked for a local mortgage company until 2007 when they were forced to downsize. She has been married for 27 years. Her husband Dan owns a local Lake Havasu computer company Dan's Friendly PC Service. She is extremely proud of her three daughters who are scattered throughout the country as well as her three grandchildren.
